3. Stack Molds for Pail Buckets

Stack molds are capable of producing more than one layer of products in a single cycle, resulting in even higher production capacity compared to traditional multi-cavity molds. In the case of pail bucket molds, these types of molds can be used to produce pails with two distinct materials, such as a hard outer shell and a softer inner lining, or to create pails with multiple colors or textures. These molds are highly versatile and can produce products with complex features and multi-material requirements.
