Order Process Flow

Mold Product Design is based on the drawings or samples provided by the customer and in accordance with the customer's requirements to design a reasonable mold plan.

Confirm The Order & Pay A Deposit

Used mold is cheap and competitive so after the customer chooses the design and signs the contract, they need a 30% deposit to keep the mold and proceed with it.

Testing

Mold testing: Complete all mold tests within 3 days to ensure normal production. Shoot videos and save samples; Sample inspection: Check carefully after testing to ensure there are no defects; Assembly verification: Use test samples to assemble and verify product matching.

Mould quality inspection

Open the mould to check if there is any rust, clean or polish the rusty mould and spray anti-rust agent.

Renew

For the mold, we will check the water if any leaking and change the water mouth, also print it, and rape it with plastic film.

Packing

Use a 15mm wooden case to pack it easy for customer loading

Delivery

When the inspection result is OK and the customer confirms that it can be shipped, we will send the product to the customer.

3. Mold shape design The company has its own design department personnel specializing in mold design, which is convenient for mold production and processing.
4. Processing process: Own processing design such as CNC milling, milling machine, grinder and injection molding machine, from the beginning of the mold, from raw material processing to molding trial mold, it can basically be completed within the company, which can better control the processing quality and speed. The company is equipped with 2 Taiyi De, 1 Huamei Da injection molding machine and manipulator, and it will be shipped after normal production for several hours before shipment.

Process control system

1. After receiving customer inquiries or orders, confirm the sample material, size, weight, and requirements, provide customers with accurate mold size and suitable injection molding machine size, and seal the customer as is.
2. After the mold order is placed, the design team will design the mold according to customer requirements, and implement the material cutting after confirming the design with the customer.
3. During the mold manufacturing process, a special team will track the mold progress and any details to ask him, the team will collaborate and communicate, and update the mold progress chart to the customer promptly.
4. During the mold trial, take a video, record the problem points, and keep and compare the samples of each mold trial to facilitate sending samples and modifications to customers.
5. After the mold is finally tested, the last mold trial is produced in the factory for 2 hours to ensure that the mold is produced normally before delivery. The mold surface is oiled, wrapped with plastic wrap, and shipped in export wooden boxes. Record the mold size, packaging size, and actual weight, make a nameplate, affix the mark and the packing list, and load and ship with a forklift when shipped.

QC Quality Inspection System

1. Check whether the inner and outer surfaces of the mold are stained during each mold trial, check the polishing finish of the mold, and check whether the mold sample is deformed, or has flash, top white, or burn marks. Check whether the assembly is appropriate when assembling the sample, and check whether it can be stacked normally if there is a stacking requirement.
2. For products with water sealing requirements, after the mold trial, the product is cooled and filled with water, one group of products is inverted and one group of products is 45°. After 48 hours, check whether there is water leakage.
3. Check the final sample size and modeling product, and check whether the size and weight of the mold sample are consistent with the actual original sample.
4. Check the mold waterway before shipment, whether the accessories have been fully installed, and purchase 20% of the additional accessories pack them in a wooden box with the mold, and give them to customers together.

1. Before the mold is officially shipped, the final mold test is carried out and the video record of the mold test process is kept.
2. The parameters and videos of the mold test are sent to the customer to ensure that the customer understands the actual performance and operation process of the mold.
3. If the mold has special maintenance requirements, it is necessary to explain to the customer in advance to ensure that the customer can correctly and effectively perform the mold maintenance work.
